We realize that you probably have
many questions that need answering before you decide to start a bathroom
remodeling project. Here are answers to questions most frequently asked
by our customers.
How much will my project cost?
This depends on
the size and scope of your project. Most bathroom make-overs run $8,000
- $15,000. Adding a bathroom will run $8,000 - $20,000. Partial remodels
are typically $5,000 - $10,000.
When can you start?
After the
contract is signed, you can immediately start picking out materials and
fixtures. But note that we will not tear into your bathroom until after
all materials and fixtures are available to install. This significantly
reduces the time your bathroom will be under construction.
How long will it take?
It will take you
some time to pick out the materials and fixtures you want. The actual
work for adding or remodeling your bathroom will take 1-2 weeks,
depending on complexity.
How do I select the best
materials and fixtures for my bathroom?
Your answers to
our questions will help us to guide you in narrowing your choices. Our
experience with products will help you make the best selections in price
and quality.
Will there be a big mess?
We respect your
property by laying down clean tarps as needed, taking down pictures that
could fall, installing a ventilation fan where there is a window, clean
the work space daily, and clean the bathroom thoroughly on the final day
of construction.
How do you handle
communication during the remodeling process?
Communication is
key to a strong relationship between contractor and customer. You will
be given a schedule of events before the work starts and have daily
communication with us from start to finish.
Do I have to plan more money
than your contract price?
If we miss
anything in our contract that is essential to the job, it becomes our
responsibility and expense, not yours. Only additional work requested by
you would require a contract price change.
What features are popular in
today's new bathrooms?
No-curb walk-n
showers, whirlpool baths,
safety grab bars, personal hand showers, and seats in
showers are all popular.
Are you insured?
Yes. Our insurer
is West Bend Mutual.
Are applicable permits paid by
you?
We provide all
necessary permits as part of our price. To obtain a permit, we are
required to provide a certificate of insurance.
Is your work guaranteed?
All materials and
workmanship have a three-year warranty against failure from normal use.
